In my opinion, e-mail (electronic mail) is important and popular in
communicating in daily life. It's more comfortable, easier and cheaper
for communication which is different from writing letters that we need
stamps and take a long time to reach receivers.
In writing
e-mail, Informal language is used in communicating in daily life. In my
opinion, The communication is not necessary to use formal language,
meanwhile it's just for understanding between sender and receiver.
E-mail has three parts. First, informal solution is used Hi..., Hello...
such as "Hi Beer", "Hello P'Boy". Second, informal body is used when
you reply the e-mail or talk about something such as "Thanks", "Thank
for e-mail", "I'm talk about...". And the last, informal ending is used
when you finish conversation such as "Best wishes", "Cheers", "Bye",
"Thank a lot". Most people use easy language and short language for
communication in e-mail. So, writing e-mail is not necessary to use
formal language and it can be a flexible form. What do you think about
writing e-mail?

ตอบลบI agree with you about e-mail is important and popular in communication but I'm not agree with you about "the communication is not necessary to use formal language" because maybe you use e-mail to communicate with older person or use e-mail to contact with other company, you must use formal language to communication. :)
ตอบลบI think that it's depend on the kind of e-mail as a person. If formal language for studying but informal language for talking about your friends.
